1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Detector Turnitin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AI Detector Turnitin provides AI content detection and plagiarism similarity analysis for academic and professional documents. We generate detailed reports indicating the percentage of AI-generated content and similarity scores.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

4. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are required to submit documents for analysis.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Credit packages have a validity period. Expired credits cannot be recovered.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Turnitin Student Accounts

Turnitin Student Account packages provide access to a private Turnitin.com student account for similarity checking only (no AI detection). These accounts are subject to:

  • One-month validity from date of activation.
  • Usage limits as specified (6 slots, 18 files/day).
  • Credentials are delivered via email after payment confirmation.
  • Accounts are for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the platform.
  • Submit documents that infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service.

7. Report Accuracy

While we strive for the highest accuracy, AI detection and plagiarism analysis are probabilistic in nature. Reports should be used as a reference tool, not as definitive proof. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and design elements on this platform are the property of AI Detector Turnitin. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. We do not claim any rights to your submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Detector Turnitin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
